Sarah and Alicia have supported thousands of pregnant people through labor and delivery and have had five hospital births of their own, so they’re sharing today their Top 10 Things You Didn't Know You Needed in your Hospital Bag based on their vast, first-hand experiences.
One good tip to keep in mind is to pack your bag in two sections - for labour & birth and postpartum. In the frenzy of the event, it is easier to locate the essentials if you know exactly where to look for them. Another pro-tip is to not overpack for baby - they don’t need too much stuff upon arrival!
