Newborn & Postpartum Course
Drs. Sarah and Alicia have included a section on recovering from the delivery, and how to transition through that fourth trimester, in your new skin.
They discuss basics of newborn care, and what that looks like in the first few weeks, and how to get off to the best start in your infant feeding journey!

Drs. Sarah and Alicia have a huge amount of knowledge, both medical and experience supporting families through this process. They are the ones in the delivery room, making decisions with you around your birth. They also have experience going through most of the possibilities in person, and are able to draw on being in the situations when speaking about it.
You have access to it for 2 years! That's right, the videos, the handouts and the cheat sheets. If you decide to have a second baby during this time, there is no need to purchase another course! We also have topics that are specific to second time moms, including a chapter on Vaginal Birth after Cesarean.

You have 14 days, from time of purchase, to decide if it's right for you. You must have watched less than 25% of the content to get your full refund.
Sure does! Birth is birth no matter where it happens! Most of the information is applicable whether you are birthing in a hospital, a birth centre, or at home.
Don't forget, not everything goes as planned, so it is important to know what could happen and how your midwife can help you through it!
We do not cover whether a home birth is an option for you in this course, as we assume you and your midwife have had an informed discussion around whether that is appropriate for you!
